- High plank with alternate leg extension
- Seated forward bend to Plough Pose
- Up Dog to Down Dog

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:

12 x 50m @ 2'00"
Increasing DYN distance progressively (surface swim the remaining distance)
Last 6 rounds the DYN distance should be the same.

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self Awareness"
3 Rounds @ 1'50"
3 Rounds @ 1'40"
3 Rounds @ 1'30"

Score = DYN distance
