- Spiderman Lunge (right)
- Elbow to Ankle to Arm Extended Up
- Spiderman Lunge (left)
- Elbow to Ankle to Arm Extended Up

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
"Self Awareness"
Rest 1'00" between every set of the following sequence:
5/7 x 10m DYN + STA Empty Lungs + 10m DYN

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self Awareness"
8 Rounds @ 4'30" of:
10m DYN + STA + 30m DYN
