10 x Down dog to up dog with diaphragm stretch
4 x 30" Sleeping swan

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
"Buddy Team Workout"
Rescue & Tow
12 Rounds, as fast as possible, of:
40m DYN + Deep Water B.O. rescue + 20m Tow

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self-Awareness"
Complete, Breathing The Least Possible (15 minutes time cap):
10 x 40m DYN

Score = number of breathing cycles
