MAIN PART:
200m - 20m DYN (5 kicks & glide) + 20m swim

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team Relay"
As many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:
4 x 20m Jerry can push (diver A) | 20m DYN (diver B)
4 x 20m DYN (diver A) | 20m Jerry can push (diver B)
4 x 40m DYN relay
