10 x scorpion stretches
10 x reversed scorpion stretches
5 x laying diaphragm stretch

MAIN PART:
3 x 200m/240m/300m DYN @ 9'
breathing as less as possible

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Teams of 3 divers, to complete in 15' as many rounds as possible of:
Yo-yo's (CWT-STA-CWT)
