10 x Cat & Camel pose with diaphragm stretch
10 x Revolved Head-of-the-Knee Pose with diaphragm stretch

MAIN PART:
20 x 40m DYN @ 1'45" FRC to empty lungs

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
As Fast As Possible in 10 minutes of:
4 rounds of 40m Swim NO FINS + 10 burpees
