WARM-UP:
3 x (10m bear walk + 10m crab walk)
5 rounds of:
Wide angle seated forward bend with diaphragm stretch + chest stretch
Wide angle seated left side bend with diaphragm stretch + chest stretch
Wide angle seated right side bend with diaphragm stretch + chest stretch

MAIN PART
Teams of 2 divers and complete as fast as possible the following:
6 x 20m underwater jerrycan walk
6 x 20m underwater jerrycan push

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY
30m DYN + STA + 10m DYN for best time
