World's Greatest Stretch

MAIN PART / CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
As Many Rounds As Possible for 30 minutes:
1 Jerrycan walk around the pool
5 Underwater jerrycan walk
10 Burpees
15 Laps DYN bottom touch & go
20 Laps swimming with fins
25 Zig-Zag DYN (free rest) Increase number of touches on the "return inlets"
