2 x DYN (chose your distance) @ 1'30"
2 x DYN (chose your distance) @ 2'00"
2 x DYN (chose your distance) @ 2'30"

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
10 x DYN (chose your distance) @ 3'00"
Slow motion finning trying to extend the dive time.
