WARM-UP:
6 rounds of:
Revolved Head-of-the-Knee to chest stretch (left and right)
Wide angle seated forward bend with diaphragm stretch to chest stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
"Self Awareness"
Rest 1'00" between every set of the following sequence:
4 x 10m DYN + STA Empty Lungs + 10m DYN
2 x 10m DYN + STA Empty Lungs (FRC or RV) + 30m DYN

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Triplets Safety Awareness"
7 Rounds @ 4'30"
10m DYN + STA + 50m DYN

Score = Maximum / Minimum & Average Dive Time
