PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
With a rest time of 1'00", performe:
4 x 15" STA + DYN Empty Lungs
2 x 25m DYN + STA + 25m DYN

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self Awareness"
7 Rounds @ 4'15" of:
25m DYN + STA + 25m DYN

Score = Minimum / Maximum & Average Dive Time
