10 x Reversed scorpion stretches (left & right)
2 x 15" Marichi's pose left
2 x 15" Seated Forward Bend

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Zig Zag DYN
Increasing the number of touches at each round
2 x 4 - 8 touches @ 2'00"
2 x 5 - 10 touches @ 2'30"
2 x 6 - 12 touches @ 3'00"

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team Awareness"
8 x Zig Zag DYN (Empty Lungs at 8 touches) @ 4'00"
