PREPARATION or MAIN SET:

4 x 10m DYN + STA + 10m DYN
2 x 30m DYN + STA + 10m DYN

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
30m DYN + STA + 10m DYN
For maximum dive time
