2 x Sagittal plane (bend forward & back)
2 x Transverse plane (rotate left & right)
2 x Frontal plane (bend left & right)

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Resting at ease:

4 x 10m DYN + STA* + 10m DYN

2 x 30m DYN + STA* + 10m DYN
