PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
With 2'00" rest, performe the following:
4 x 10m DYN + STA + 10m DYN
2 x 10m DYN + STA + 30m DYN

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
10m DYN + STA + 30m DYN
for maximum dive time
