4 x 15" Bretzel (left & right) with diaphragm strecth
6 x Up dog to down dog with diaphragm strecth

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
"Buddy System Awareness"
JerryCan Walk for maximum distance

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Triplets Team Workout"
Complete As Fast As Possible, with a time limit of 10 minutes:
30 x 20m JerryCan Push
