- Inchworm
- High Plank
- Lunge Elbow to Instep with Rotation and Arm Extended Up
- Pyramid with Arms Extended
- Crescent Lunge

2 Rounds of:
5 x Cat to Cow
10 x Kapalabati
3 x 4-section breathing

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
4 x 5 breaths 20m DYN
4 x 5 breaths 20m DYN + 15" STA
4 x 5 breaths 20m DYN + 30" STA
4 x 5 breaths 20m DYN + 45" STA

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self Awareness"
As Many Rounds As Possible for 20 minutes of:
N breaths 20m DYN + 1'00" STA unbroken
N = Adjust number of breathing cycles when necessary
