WARM-UP:
Lotus 3D stretch
2 rounds of:
30" Down Dog stretch with diaphragm stretch
30" Up Dog

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
8 x 1 Breath STA Empty Lungs
1 Breath Walking STA around the pool for 10 minutes

1 Breath CWT -5m Tryout

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Complete As Fast As Possible, with a time limit of 12 minutes:
30 x 1 Breath CWT -5m
