PREPARATION or MAIN SET:

Establish maximum distance within 30 minutes.

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team Workout"
Complete As Fast As Possible, with a time limit of 12 minutes:
10 Rounds of:
20m Alternate Remora DYN
20m Surface swim syncronized
