5 x Seated forward bend with diaphragm stretch to chest stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:

10 x 3 Breath -5m CWT
10 x 2 Breath -5m CWT
10 x 1 Breath -5m CWT

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self Awareness"
As Many Rounds As Possible for 8 minutes of:
-5m CWT
