WARM-UP:

10 x Scorpion stretches (left & right)
10 x Reversed scorpion stretches (left & right)
5 x Down dog to up dog with diaphragm stretch
2 x 15" Sleeping swan with diaphragm stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
4 x 40m DYN @ 1'30"
4 x Zig-Zag DYN < 50% @ 2'00"

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team Workout"
As Many Rounds As Possible for 30 minutes of:
10 x 20m Jerrycan Push
15 x 20m Bottom Touch & Go
20 Touches Zig-Zag DYN

Score = number of rounds completed
