Zig Zag DYN Increasing the number of touches
Jerrycan Push Increasing distance

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team Workout"

As Many Rounds As Possible, for 30 minutes, of:
- 40m Jerrycan Push
- 80m DYN
- Zig Zag DYN
