CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness - Next level workout for 25 minutes"
If previous STA is above 30" proceed to the next level:
Level 1: 20m DYN  + STA
Level 1: 40m DYN  + STA
Level 1: 60m DYN  + STA
Level 1: 80m DYN  + STA

Score = distance accomplished + STA time
