Mobility & Stretching @ ease

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Freediving CWT increasing depth and dive time gradualy,
untill reaching the Garajau Buoy, and then:

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
At Garajau Buoy execute:
CWT + STA + CWT for best dive time

Score = best dive time
