PREPARATION or MAIN SET:

Increasing level tryout for 25 minutes:
Level 1: 20m DYN + 1'00" STA + 20m DYN
Level 2: 25m DYN + 1'00" STA + 25m DYN
Level 3: 30m DYN + 1'00" STA + 30m DYN
Level 4: 35m DYN + 1'00" STA + 35m DYN
Level 5: 40m DYN + 1'00" STA + 40m DYN
