2 x 10 Reverse step lunge to toe touch
8 x 10" Seated Forward Fold to Upward Plank
4 x 15" Sleeping swan with diaphragm stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
8 x Drill @ 45"
Drill:
- 10m surface swim
- Duck dive to bottom
- 10m fast underwater swim next to bottom
- Resurface

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self Awareness"

Complete As Fast As Possible, with a time limit of 15 minutes:
30 x 20m DYN

Score = time

Rest 3'00"

Complete As Many Rounds As Possible, for 12 minutes, of:
40m DYN

Score = number of unbroken rounds
