PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Progressive dive time to 80% 1 x DYN Slow Motion @ 2'00"
1 x DYN Slow Motion @ 3'00"
1 x DYN Slow Motion @ 3'30"
1 x DYN Slow Motion @ 4'00"
1 x DYN Slow Motion @ 4'30"

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
1 x DYN Slow Motion aiming 90% of best dive time or more
3 x DYN with the same previous dive time or more resting @ ease
