TABATA 2 - Down Dog / Up Dog

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
4 x 40m DYN Fast @ 2'00"
4 x 40m Jerrycan Push Fast @ 2'00"
If necessary, split the 40m in 20m + 20m

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Triplets Team Workout"
As Many Rounds As Possible for 25 minutes of:
- Yo-Yo Relay

Score = number of rounds unbroken
