- Right Spiderman lunge with elbow to ankle & reach
- Left Spiderman lunge with elbow to ankle & reach
- Up dog to down dog with diaphragm stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:

6 Rounds @ 2'30"
Diver A: 40m (20m Jerrycan Push + 20m DYN)
Diver B: 40m (20m DYN + 20m Jerrycan Push)

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
Personal Record Attepmt:
- Jerrycan Push (for as far as possible)
