12 x Beast hold to side kick through
12 x Scorpion
12 x Reverse scorpion

2 Rounds of:
1 x 20" Plow pose with Diaphragm Stretch (left & right)
2 x 20" Bretzel with Diaphragm Stretch (left & right)

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Safety procedures practice:
3 x Shallow water B.O. recovery - DYN
3 x Deep water B.O. recovery - CWT

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team"
As Many Rounds As Possible, for 20 minutes, of:
200m diver tow @ surface
20m underwater diver push unbroken
