10 x Down dog to up dog with diaphragm stretch
4 x 30" Sleeping swan

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
3 Rounds @ ease
30m DYN + STA + 10m DYN

8 Rounds @ 3'30"
30m DYN + STA + 10m DYN
Target performance = 70% - 80%

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
1 RM 30m DYN + STA + 10m DYN for max dive time
