PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Zig-Zag DYN
Round 1: 4/6 touches
Round 2: 6/8 touches
Round 3: 8/10 touches
Round 3: 10/12 touches

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
With a time cap of 25 minutes:
Zig-Zag DYN for max touches
Score = Total touches
