MAIN PART:
Breathing as least as possible at each 20m

160m DYN

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Every 3 Minutes On the Minute for 24 minutes [8 x (5*20m) DYN @ 3'00"]:
100m DYN (20m unbroken)
Breathing cycles at each recovery = previous average (# breaths / 20).
