WARM-UP:
6 x Plough pose to Wide-angle seated forward bend
12 x Down dog with diaphragmatic breathing & stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
8 Rounds of:
N x 20m DYN Bottom touch & Go @ 3'30"
N = between 5 to 10
(adjust number to diver's level - rest at least 30" before next round)

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
As Many Rounds As Possible for 10 minutes of:
1 Breath CWT -5m
