6 x Wide-angle seated forward bend with diaphragm stretch
4 x Revolved Head-of-the-Knee Pose with diaphragm stretch
4 x 30" Sleeping Swan to King Pigeon

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
1'00" rest in between:
2 x (10m DYN + Empty lungs STA + 10m DYN)
2 x (Empty lungs + 10m DYN + STA + 10m DYN)
2 x (10m DYN + Empty lungs + STA + 30m DYN)

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Buddy System Awareness
10m DYN + STA + 30m DYN for max dive time
