2 Rounds of:
6 x Crescent Lunge to Gorila Pose with diaphragm stretch
6 x Halfway Lift to Crescent Moon with diaphragm stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
4 x STA dry (empty lungs) 1'00" rest
2 x STA dry (empty lungs) 1'30" rest
2 x STA dry (empty lungs) 2'00" rest

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy System Awareness"
CWT + STA + CWT @ Garajau Buoy for best dive time.
