CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Every 3 Minutes On The Minute for 27 minutes:
3 x 40m DYN + STA (vital capacity)
3 x 40m DYN + STA (functional residual capacity)
3 x 40m DYN + STA (empty lungs)
