8 x Balancing the Cat to Box with Knee to Forehead
6 x Warrior I to Pyramid pose with diaphragm stretch
6 x Up Dog to Down Dog with diaphragm stretch

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Every 2 Minutes On The Minute for 16 minutes:
A - 5 x Duck dive + Pass under the partner
B - STA @ -5m

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Self Awareness"
As Many Rounds As Possible for 20 minutes of:
