WARM-UP:
Holding the Pigeon Pose (left and right)
4 rounds of:
- Side bend
- Forward bend with diaphragm stretch
- Trunk-rotation stretch
- Forward bend with diaphragm stretch

MAIN PART:
5 x 160m DYN @ 5'00" Breathing As Least As Possible at each 20m

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Max number of touches with 7 breathing cycles at each recovery, for 7 minutes:
- Zig Zag DYN
