MAIN PART:
5 x 80m DYN (broken at ease) @ 3'00" as fast as possible breathing as less as possible 

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
Teams of 3 divers, to complete in 20' as many rounds as possible of:
3 x Yo-yo (CWT-STA-CWT)
200m DYN
6 x Yo-yo (CWT-STA-CWT)
200m DYN
9 x Yo-yo (CWT-STA-CWT)
