WARM-UP:
5 x Wide seated bend + diaphragm stretch
- Left
- Front
- Right

MAIN PART:
3 x Walking STA (1'00" rest)
3 x Walking STA with empty lungs (1'00" rest)

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
10 x 40m DYN @ 3'00"
All divers should adjust the degree of difficulty by:
- Increasing underwater trajectory, or
- Freeing air from their lungs at a given point.
