- Beast walk
10 rounds of:
- Seated forward bend to backward extension
- Wide angle seated forward bend + diaphragm stretch
- Wide angle seated diaphragm stretch with rotation

MAIN SET
At discretion for 15'
DYN increasing distance at each attempt

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY
As Many Rounds As Possible at 90% of:
10 x DYN @ 3’00”
