Cat & Camel Pose + diaphragm stretch

MAIN PART:

1'00" vertical thrust with fins (5" ON / 10" OFF)
3 sets of 3x4x20m snorkel relay (1'00" rest between sets)

2 x (30" STA + DYN As Long As Possible) - Comfort Zone
2 x (45" STA + DYN As Long As Possible) - Urge Zone
1 x (1’00" STA + DYN As Long As Possible) – As Hard As Possible
