TABATA 1 - Superman Position/Hollow position
TABATA 2 - Seated forward bend/Cobra pose

MAIN PART:
3 rounds of:
- 200m DYN - Stop for Breathing @ 20m (decrease breathing cycles: 10, 9, 8, 7, ...)
- 8 Stones Pick-up As Fast As Possible
