WARM-UP:
6 x Rounds of (3-left and 3-right):
- Seated forward bend
- Supine spinal twist
- Plough pose

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
"Self Awareness"
Resting 1'00", performe: 5 x Zig Zag DYN Empty Lungs
After resting 2'00", performe:
1 x Zig Zag DYN for maximum number of touches to set the "challenge target"

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team Workout - I GO, YOU GO"
Complete As Many Rounds As Possible, for 30 minutes, of:
Zig Zag DYN on target

Score = number of rounds on target
