WARM-UP:
6 Rounds (One left, one right):
10" Marichi's pose
10" One Legged Forward Bend
10" Sleeping Swan
10" Mermaid (king pigeon)

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
"Duck Dive Zig Zag Drill"
- 10m surface swim
- Duck dive to bottom
- 6 Zig Zag DYN
- Resurface

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Buddy Team Workout"
As Many Rounds As Possible for 40 minutes of:
4 x Duck Dive Drill
2 x 40m Jerrycan Push

Score = number of rounds completed
