10 x Spiderman lunge with elbow to ankle hold
4 x 15” Pyramid with arms extended
2 x 30” Sleeping Swan

PREPARATION or MAIN SET:
Skill development for 25 minutes:
Zig Zag DYN Increasing the number of touches

CHALLENGE OF THE DAY:
"Triplets Team Workout"
As Many Rounds As Possible for 20 minutes of:
10 x 3 Touches Zig Zag DYN
20m DYN Sync for maximum rounds

Diver A & B start the first exercice while diver C starts de second.

Score = number of 20m DYN completed
